Returns and Warranty

CHANGE OF MIND:

We encourage all customers to choose wisely when making a purchase as Baby and Toddler Town does not offer refunds on change of mind items. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, Baby and Toddler Town will endeavour but not guarantee to offer an exchange or credit facility (this excludes sale and clearance items). Goods must be unused in original packaging with proof of purchase provided when seeking a credit note or exchange. All warranty claims must be assessed by the manufacturer prior to any refund, exchange or credit being raised. All items sold by Baby and Toddler Town are covered by usual Manufacturer's warranty. To make a warranty claim, the buyer must return the item to be assessed back to Baby and Toddler Town at their own expense.

FAULTY GOODS:

Refunds and exchanges are available to customers who have purchased a faulty or defective product. In order for a refund or credit note to be processed, original proof of purchase must be provided when returning the goods to your local store for warranty assessment.

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

• Normal wear and tear
• Corrosion or rust
• Incorrect assembly or the installation of third party parts or accessories not compatible with the original design
• Accidental or intentional damage, abuse or neglect
• Commercial use
• Improper storage/care of the item
